1) CALL FOR CANDIDATES FOR 2002 ELECTIONS IN OHIO
***************************************************
The Green Party of Ohio (GPO)is looking for progressives
to run for elected office in next year's election.
We are seeking statewide candidates for Governor and
Lt. Governor, Attorney General, Auditor of State,
Secretary of State, Treasurer, for the US Congress,
Ohio State Senate, Ohio House of Representatives and
other local offices. If you or someone you know would
like to run or are thinking of running, please con-
tact the Candidates Committee of the GPO.

Next year all across the country hundreds of Green
Party candidates will be challenging the two corporate
parties. This would be a great time for first time
candidates to learn the art of running for office,
and a smart, energetic candidate could win.

We are also looking for people to work with these
candidates -- campaign managers and other campaign
volunteers.

The Green Party is an activist party working for
social change at the grassroots.
